INFORMATION
REGISTRATION
You may register on the day of the tournament April 1, 2012 at the Bethel High
School Gymnasium.
Contestants may register early the night before the tournament on March 31, 2012 from
7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Hampton Embassy Suites.
We are asking everyone to try registering early by going to the
entry form section, download the entry form online and submit it by
March 21, 2012 to save money. See pre-registration date & rates below. Avoid delays by registering early. Judges should notify promoter for ring assignments and pick up packages.

ENTRY FEES:
Submitted before March 21st: One Division: $50.00. Each additional: $20.00.
Submitted starting on March 22nd: One Division: $60.00. Each additional: $25.00.
Tournament Day at door: One Division: $60.00. Each additional: $25.00.
NO refund will be given for any reason. Please don’t ask!
SPECTATOR FEES:
Adults 13 to 54: $10.00
Seniors 55 and older: $5.00
Children 5 to 12 years old: $5.00
Children 4 years and younger: FREE
VENDING BOOTH
Booths are available at various prices, depending on location.
