INFORMATION
REGISTRATION
You may register on the day of the tournament April 11, 2009 at the Bethel High
School Gymnasium.
Contestants may register early the night before the tournament on October 10, 2009 from
6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Hampton Holiday Inn Conference
Center, Restaurant.
We are asking everyone to try registering early by going to the
entry form section, download the entry form online and submit it by
March 31st, 2009 to save money. See pre-registration date & rates below. Avoid delays by registering early. Judges should notify promoter for ring assignments and pick up packages.

Submitted before March 31st: One Division: $50.00. Each additional: $20.00.
Submitted after March 31st: One Division: $60.00. Each additional: $25.00.
Tournament Day at door: One Division: $60.00. Each additional: $25.00.
NO refund will be given for any reason. Please don’t ask!
SPECTATOR FEES:
Adults 13 years and older: $10.00
Children 12 years and younger: $5.00
Seniors 55 and older: $5.00
Children 4 years and younger: FREE
VENDING BOOTH
Booths are available at various prices, depending on location.
